Tuesday, April 11th, Your Essential
Breath mini-workshop
9 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Learn more about how you breathe; what constitutes
better breathing. Learn some easy ways to practice breathing better; use
better breath to relieve anxiety or stress. Have a better frame of
reference for how better breathing can help your yoga practice. You’ll
need to bring your yoga mat and yoga blanket; other props available on-
site.
Wednesday, April 12th, Slow Flow Yoga
class
10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. This slow-flow class follows a classic Vinyasa flow
format, with short, interconnected sequences. Each short sequence is
followed by a period of stillness. Sequences will include standing, seated,
back-bending, side-bending, twisting, and inverted postures. You’ll need
to bring your own yoga mat and yoga blanket; other props available on-

Friday, April 14th, Finding My Feet
mini-workshop
9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. We become more unaware of our feet as we age,
except when they begin to stiffen, or let us know they are hurting. Foot
problems can be exacerbated by unsupportive shoes as well as genetics.
During this short time together we will explore ways to stretch and
exercise the feet, find a better sense of grounding, talk about how foot
problems can cause mis-alignment elsewhere in the body, and look at
ways to improve balance - which begins with the feet. You’ll need to bring
your own yoga mat, yoga blanket, two medium weight facecloths, and
one standard tennis ball.

Wednesday, April 12th, Hips, Hips and
More Hips class
9 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. Healthy, strong and supple hips are essential to
support the legs and feet below as well as the body’s trunk above. This
class is an exploration of postures designed just for opening and
strengthening the hips. As all hips are not created equal, posture
modifications will be provided for all poses. You’ll need to bring your own
yoga mat, yoga blanket and two thick facecloths or fingertip towels. Other
props available on-site.
Tuesday, April 11th, Yoga for Head,
Neck, Shoulders class
11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Explore a series of gentler postures designed to
relieve tension in the face, jaw, neck, upper shoulders and upper back.
You’ll need to bring your own yoga mat and yoga blanket; other props
available on-site.

Prices are per-class, with exception of the Take Five offer below.
Must pre-pay/register in advance. Classes limited to six people
attending in person. Two virtual spots are available per class or
workshop. All classes take place in a private home in Placitas.
Payments go through PayPal - use debit or credit card, or pay with a
PayPal account. If unable to attend, a credit will be issued toward a
future class; no refunds. Registration/payment ends when class is
full or on April 8th - whichever occurs first. Please email Deborah
