Fascinating Fascia- Exploring the Hips We invite you to join us for Fascinating Fascia - an exploration of the hips. Details are: July 11, 2022 - 9 am to 11 am $25 per person Placitas NM Presented by Marta Lucas and Deborah Gullo In this class we will define and explore the fascinating connective tissue of the major muscles of the hips. We will also discuss how our daily movements and postures contribute to stress and strain in our hip and low back regions. 9-9:45 - Anatomy discussion of the pelvic floor, deep hip rotators and psoas 9:45-10 - Break and time for questions 10-11 - Movements for the pelvic floor, deep hip rotators, and psoas Please bring a yoga mat, water, and a beach towel. Any other props needed will be provided. We will be gathering outside under a covered portal at a private home. Masks are optional. You may attend in person or virtually. In person attendance is limited to 8 people. Payment constitutes registration; we will confirm registration. For virtual attendance, class access code will be sent via email.
