Renew Physically, Mentally, Emotionally, Spiritually
November 11 - November 14, 2021
The Abiquiu Inn, Abiquiu NM
505-685-4378 or www.abiquiuinn.com
Leave cares and concerns aside for a while and join Deborah Gullo and Marta Lucas for a renewing, relaxing weekend
retreat. Enjoy a room with views at this beautiful northern New Mexico inn set amongst the cottonwoods; delicious
and healthy host-prepared breakfasts and dinners; yoga and fitness sessions; time each day to rest and/or explore
local sites. Retreat sessions will offer instruction for better breathing, improving balance, increasing muscle
strength, stretching and relaxing. And give your “FUN” muscles a boost at the opening night gift exchange and the
Saturday evening dessert wine social that concludes our dinner together. The retreat schedule is linked here -
session themes and times may be subject to change.
All rooms must be booked directly through the Abiquiu Inn, and will require a major credit card number to hold the
room. Retreat suites are set-up for double-occupancy with two queen beds, a shared bath, a coffeemaker, and a
refrigerator; but single-occupancy is available at a higher cost. There are a very limited number of rooms available;
we recommend calling to reserve your room soonest. If you will be sharing a room, only one credit card number is
needed at time of booking. Credit cards are not charged until check-in. So please book your room first, then register
for the retreat. Call 505-685-4378, and let them know the name of our group, Yogacrossroads, and provide your
first and last name. If you are sharing a room, please provide the name of your roommate. Rooms for our group are
located in the Red Mesa Suites and the Pena Blanca Suites.
Once you’ve reserved your room, register for the retreat here. The retreat cost ($275 per person) is in addition to
the cost of your room and is inclusive of selected meals, daily snacks, use of gathering and teaching spaces, cost to
participate in the yoga and fitness sessions. Please note our cancellation policy, and any COVID-safe guidelines we’ll
be following during the retreat.
WiFi service is available at no cost to guests of the Inn, there is a gift shop on site, and a restaurant that offers
delicious lunches, and the Galleria (where retreat workshop sessions will take place) may be displaying a show of
local artwork. All indoor and outdoor spaces are within easy walking distance from all rooms. In the center of the
campus there is a garden with seating.
A registration confirmation and other pertinent information will be sent to you via email once payment is received.
If you have questions before or after registering, please email them to Deborah.
