9:00 AM - 10:30 AM Healthy, strong and supple hips are essential to
support the legs and feet below as well as the body’s trunk above. Stable
hips help us to have better grounding and balance. We’ll explore several
short, moving sequences to awaken the hips and legs. Please bring your
own yoga mat and yoga blanket. Other props available on-site.

Friday, November 3rd, Top Ten Twists
to Unwind Tension
9:00 AM - 10:30 AM Do any of these sound familiar, or do they impact
your body: Stiff neck and/or shoulders with limited range of motion?
Nagging mid-back tension, often accompanied by pain? Indigestion,
and/or constipation? Practicing this sequence of prone, supine, seated,
kneeling and standing twists may offer relief.

11:00 AM - 12:30 PM Explore a series of postures and pressures
designed to relieve tension in the arms and shoulders and upper back.
Please bring your own yoga mat, yoga blanket; other props available on-
site.

Prices are per-class, with a maximum of 10 students per class. In-
person attendance only. Pre-pay/register in advance. Classes are
held at a private home in Placitas. Payments go through PayPal -
use debit or credit card, or pay with a PayPal account. If unable to
attend, a credit will be issued toward a future class; no refunds.
