In this fun and energizing workshop, we’ll use yoga as a foundation to: reacquaint with your yoga body - through movement, breath, meditation learn another way to create muscle strength using resistance bands ‘switch up’ your exercise routines - learn to use muscles in different ways use YogaBall© to discover stress and tension the muscles carry practice YogaBall© to relax and lengthen muscles to relieve stress and tension relax and unwind with guided meditation Attend One or both days - registration options at bottom of page.
