Weekly 3:30 - 4:15 p.m. Fridays.  Class may include yoga postures, simple breath techniques, kid's meditation.  Check the Schedule page for updates or changes.

6 to 9 years of age only, please.  This is a drop-in class.  $5/child; $8/family (up to three children); $1 additional per child over three children from same family.
